Pump container is to cast floors in Norway

fibo intercon has just delivered a mobile pump container to a Norwegian customer, who is going to use it in connection with casting floors. 

The pump container is assembled on a 20 foot container frame with a draw hook, which makes it a very flexible solution. It can easily be pulled or lifted on to a lorry and moved between jobs. At the same time the container is fully insulated so that the pump container can be used even in winter time. 

The integrated control system makes it possible to control and monitor all processes. At the same time it offers a number of possibilities in the area of documentation both directly from the cabin of the pump container and via wireless PC interface.

The pump container doses and mixes the self-compacting premixed mortar before it is pumped out and spread over the desired area. The method is ideal both for medium and large projects but it can also be used for smoothing uneven surfaces.

One of the avantages of the method is that it saves time and costs, partly because the self-compacting material is easy to spread and partly because it dries quickly. It also has the advantage that one can put any kind of material on top of the dried premixed mortar, for instance tile, carpet, vinyl or parquet.
