Delivery of newly developed mixing plant

In the summer of 2011 fibo intercon has developed and delivered a new semi-mobile batching plant FS2200 to a customer in Sweden. 

The plant was developed in close cooperation with the customer and will be used for mixing ready mixed concrete for various building projects.  

FS2200 is assembled on a joint steel frame and has a capacity of 25-45 M³/h.

• Agitator pan mixer: 2200 L (gross)/1500 L (net)
• Twin hopper for two types of aggregates
• Siemens control system with PC interface
• Pre-weighing hopper for cement
• Load cells
• Pre-weighing hopper for additive
• Additive pumps
• Pre-weighing hopper for water
• High pressure cleaner
