Plant for the manufacture of high insulating blocks

We have developed a unique production plant for the manufacture of special high insulating blocks.  The production line has been designed so that it is possible to vary the dimensions of blocks and the thickness of the intermediary insulating layer of polyurethane foam. This makes it possible to produce insulating blocks with different insulating capabilities.  The production system has fully automatic electrical controls with state-of-the-art PLC technology. All functions can also be controlled manually.  The production line is supplied as a fully tested unit. This means quick assembly and start-up.
